B.C. agrifoods hit the sweet spot at Hong Kong Food Expo

B.C. agrifoods were the cherry on top for buyers within the cornucopia of nearly 1,400 exhibitors featuring delicacies from 26 countries at Asia’s largest consumer food industry event, from Aug. 11-15, 2016. B.C.’s Aerospace Sector Soars to New Heights at Aerospace Defence & Security Expo

British Columbia’s aerospace sector is coming together in Abbotsford, British Columbia to attend the Aerospace Defence and Security Expo from August 11-12, 2016. In its sixth year, the expo is organized by the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada – Pacific Division (AIACP) and welcomes international aerospace companies as well as key players in the local aerospace industry. British Columbia Film Industry Celebrates Banner Year

August 5, 2016
The British Columbia film industry is having another banner year, with blockbuster movies and crowd-pleasing television shows choosing B.C. as their filming destination. A report released this week from the non-profit organization FilmLA Inc., lists Vancouver as the third most popular destination for television pilot production. Of the cities the report looked at, 25 television pilots were shot in Vancouver in 2015-2016, putting it behind Los Angeles with 82 pilots and New York with 28.
