Kaslo Aerodome Lands (see mktg content for details)

312 Fourth Street Kaslo Kootenay Central Kootenay Transportation Other $50-100,000

The Village of Kaslo holds approximately 200 acres of land that accommodate the community aerodrome (3700'x 60' asphalt, registered/ uncertified/ no winter maintenance), some privately leased hangars and gravel extraction activities. Proposals for additional development or use of this land for economic activity are being encouraged now. A substantial amount of the property can be accessed by an existing road, meaning that a number of possibilities for small to medium enterprises are feasible for lease. The Village is capable of zoning these lands to suit a variety of development visions, but is looking for parties interseted in making associated legal survey work necessary for leasehold subdivision or partial divestment more attractive . These properties would be ideal for the entrepreneur or investor seeking to establish an enterprise adjacent to a community on Kootenay Lake that is rich in lifestyle opportunities.
