Our seaside community is located less than 30 minutes by plane to Vancouver, and is situated in the Nanaimo Region, an economic hub and transportation gateway of the central Island complete with a thriving downtown and diverse retail offerings.
Our industrial park can be seen from Highway 19, the main transportation corridor of Vancouver Island, and is part of the Vancouver Island Foreign Trade Zone providing a tax and duty-free advantage to Island-based exporters. At the same time, enterprise-level internet ensures our businesses can compete on a global playing field.
