The business is based out of the Fraser Valley with an extensive customer base of residential customers, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly storefront cleaning services, annual building maintenance contracts as well as with other companies and organizations who operate and do business in the Lower Mainland. But you can do entirely what you want with it because it's now your business - grow it, move it, change it you have full autonomy.
The average hourly rate charged to customers is $75 to 100+GST per hour & they pay it. Why?? Because you're getting up on a ladder to do something very easy they don't want to do or don't have time for. Makes sense right??
