SEI Chemical Canada is a private and stand-alone company that was established to commercialize, apply and exploit technology owned by affiliate companies Four Star Chemical, Betterbilt Chemical (owned by Four Star Chemical), SEI Chemical (wholly owned by Betterbilt Chemical), Mission Laboratories and Acrylabs, a stand-alone business.

SEI Chemical Canada’s proactive and technologically centric corporate culture reflects our belief that environmentally destructive approaches to problem solving in any industry are no longer viable. Our primary motivation is an unyielding commitment to further develop environmentally sensitive technologies that will help governments, corporations and citizens overcome a range of environmental, operational and infrastructural problems.

What separates SEI Chemical Canada is our ability to invent, adapt and execute novel methodologies into a wide variety of environments and applications. Our clients depend on us to deliver unique technologies that add value to their living environment.

The following is a list of our main services that we offer:

1. Graffiti Removal

For the past decade, we have been the sole service provider for the City of Nanaimo. We have added every city on the Island except for Courtenay. We held the contract for the City of Victoria for three years but lost due to low bid.

Surrey School District is a large client with whom we contract two to three large projects every year.

2. Anti-Graffiti Coatings (only company in North America to offer a Level 10 as rated by the ASTM D6578-08)

We recently won a competition for the supply of anti-graffiti coating to all 19 Boroughs of the City of Montreal. We have an agreement with a company in Montreal who are connected within the city and with architects and engineers coast to coast to specify our coatings into projects. We are pursuing contracts for the new billion dollar Champlain Bridge in Quebec and major Highway One sound wall development in Langley BC.

3. Energy Star Rated, Factory Mutual, Miami Dade, Title 24 and Cool Roof Council Approved Class 1 water based Roofing Systems.

Current applications for this product line include.

• RV Roofs

• Mobile Homes

• Residential and Commercial Flat and low slope roofs

• Decks (current projects ongoing for Devon Properties, the largest property management company on Vancouver Island with over 150 buildings in Victoria alone.)

• Semi-Trailers (This is a vast untapped market)

• Wall Coating

Further aspects to consider. One study calculated that 20% of landfills consist of roofing products. Because of the uniqueness of this system, old roof systems do not have to be torn off; greatly increasing the environmental impact for the better. Under the building code our system can be used and not be considered a second roof.

4. Anti-Microbial Coatings (only company in North America to offer an EPA registered Anti-Microbial killer/preventative coating in one application, approved for use in food preparation locations)

5. Patented and Exclusive Non-slip coatings for asphalt and concrete walkways. (Used exclusively by Disneyland and Six Flags Amusement Parks)

6. Cold/Hot Water pressure washing

SEI possesses two complete hot water units. Each unit to replace would be $8000.00.

Currently the sole provider for pressure washing services for Devon Properties

7. Corrosion conversion and prevention.
