The Trail Industrial Airport lands, approximately 7 ha, are owned by the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary and is located 5 km south of Trail on the Waneta Highway. These lands are currently zoned Industrial 2 in the RDKB Area “A” and are adjacent to the Columbia Gardens Industrial Park with access to Highway 22A. The lands are not subdivided from the main parcel and are un-serviced, however, water, gas and electricity are readily available. Priorities to guide the development include airside needs of the Trail Regional Airport.
